- Capability: Web apps can do things that apps distributed via a store cannot. Apple refuse to allow some apps, or reject them callously with no explanation. They don’t get that call with Web apps.
- Reach: Web apps are also available where the App Store is not. There are countries not yet reached by the App Store. There are countries the App Store is legally not allowed to trade with. But the Web does reach those places.
