@phoneboy YouTube only keeps playing when a mobile device is locked if you’ve ponied up for their monthly service, no?
But many also use the youtube app, which continues to play even when the lock screen is enabled.
(Looks like there might be some hacky workarounds for non-subscribers, but they seem fragile.)
I don’t think it’s that relevant to the overall point he’s making, except that it totally snapped me out of the argument for a bit, as someone who’s been stymied by YouTube going out of its way to block background playback before. >.<
