There's Firefox for iOS now. All the iOS browsers ultimately use Apple's renderer and JS engine, so it's mainly a matter of how they integrate with what you use elsewhere IMO. For example both Firefox and Chrome can pull tabs and bookmarks from your profile with them, which can come in handy.

That said, on iOS, I pretty much just use Safari, unless I need to pull something from my desktop profile like a bookmark or a tab I was in the middle of reading.
