@larand Ah, interesting! I think of them as much the same thing. Helps to know you're distinguishing the two.
Showing all a person's posts generally means grabbing a lot more data than most people would need, but you should be able to keep scrolling/kicking it to load more. I haven't tried doing that with Cappuccino, though.
