I'm back to work today after six weeks of parental leave. I have four more weeks off scheduled this year, and will take eight off next year thanks to rolling two weeks over. All PTO.
(Everyone gets six weeks off per year normally where I work, with an added bucket of four weeks of extended sick pay that refills every two years.)
