@kdfrawg It turns out that, pretty often, if you completely ignore security concerns, people will still use your stuff, because they don't care.
When you inevitably get hacked, people will make some noises, then go back to not caring.
If people mostly don't care about security for their data, why should anyone else spend time or money worrying about it?

@nitinkhanna I have a NAS. Also Time Machine backups. Also weekly clones of my laptop.
TIL: GitHub has a |code owners| feature to automatically suggest reviewers who own part of a source tree. https://help.github.com/articles/about-codeowners/
@kdfrawg They're using Amazon Logistics here in Atlanta. But they've been good at delivery here. Even more conscientious than UPS.
I hate when they hand-off to USPS, because our local office is no good. Once marked a medicine shipment "undeliverable as addressed" for 24 hours after it hit them. Mysteriously resolved the next day. Also not infrequently reports delivered the day before they do. Useless.
So I guess I have the reverse of the Royal Post / Amazon problem. >.<

@kdfrawg I love anise. It was a shoe-in. I actually have never had it outside my home.

@streakmachine 6:40 pm on a Sunday, and I'm enjoying a tall iced glass of pastis. ?
