If you're used to Mac, FreeBSD should be pretty comfortable. Most of the Mac Unix userland was ganked from FreeBSD originally, and the xnu kernel started as roughly "FreeBSD meets Mach."

I think has Riot experience, and even more with Matrix in general.

I've found the status bar tap seems always unavailable in Safari web views. Thank goodness for inertial scrolling.

The sites that prevent normal scrolling only to badly reimplement it in JS need flogging, though.

Interesting - the lemon sounds really refreshing. Mostly do butter and maple syrup with perhaps some fruit here. Also seen whipped cream and jam.

I think the focus on mobile makes sense. Just no fun for anyone not on the mobile train. Outside work, I'm basically 100% on mobile. My wife's laptop has gotten unusable to the point where her phone has supplanted non-mobile for her, too.

That said, not having a mobile web site still makes no sense at all. Every time you kick someone to an app store to get started with your thing, a kitten dies.

@kdfrawg My taste now is more to sours and farmhouse ales, but I was big into dark beers for a while. Conveniently coincided with when I didn't have children and had a fabulous pub nearby. Pub is still there, but children won. ;)

@kdfrawg Those were video game recommendations. :)

For beer, this should get you started:

McCauslan (St. Ambroise?) Oatmeal Stout
The better Guinness.

Terrapin Substance Abuse
Oak-aged stout with touch of IPA. Not as dessert-like as their Big Sloppy Monster.

North Coast Old Rasputin
Thick and creamy (nitrogenated?) Imperial stout. Might beat McCauslan. I'd love to adjudicate that contest.

Weyerbacher Heresy
Not McCauslan, but good and chocolatey and tempered with vanilla.

Evil Twin Molotov Cocktail
13% ABV Imperial IPA. The creamiest beer I've ever tasted; light and piney at the same time.

Sprecher Piper's Scotch Ale
More like a Rauchbier. Hickory smoke and slight caramel.

Port Older Viscosity
Imperial stout. Tastes like a creamy shot of bourbon with a hint of dark chocolate.

Breckenridge Brewery's Remarkable Vanilla Porter
Bready with a balanced dose of vanilla.

Silly Scotch
Scotch ale. Almost as smooth as the Molotov Cocktail. Very balanced malt with caramel notes.

@kdfrawg Populous, Black & White?

Whoa déjà vu. I had that happen last night. Clammy, nauseated, the whole 9. Feeling better this morning, though less rested than intended by the attempted 8 pm precipitous bedtime.

@kdfrawg But ultimately insufficiently persuasive?
