@matigo I had in mind stars/pins/reposts. But un/follows are definitely in the same boat.
I'm happy to start with mentions and grow from there. It will be a while till I have anything push notification sorted at my "I have some weekend time to work on this" snail-pace.
Having answers now helps me map things out and plan the time I have, though. Thanks! :)

All sorted. Yup, it was that "oh, that's your billing name? lemme change your name 'cause I'm iTunes!" thing. Rang straight through when I called, they poked around a bit, then they were able to sort it out and attach my payment to that enrollment.
Already, I can check it out in the Dev Center - no longer shows "Pending…", but my actual name. Yay! Now I think I need an icon and some Web stuff before I can push stuff up to TestFlight…
@matigo With my focus on Blurbs alone, I've been basically ignoring the channel ID part of it. 1, always 1, forever 1. ;)
