I hear good things about SqlAlchemy with Python.

I think that goes the other way - older eyes see less light. When I read that, I was like, Oh! That's why my grandparents always had so many darn lamps on!

Hmm. That was trying to be clever, though.

Is the reply-to bit editable on a post? Clients could enable someone to go back after the fact and "unlink" a thread when they realize the conversation diverged.

With API support, we could even have the equivalent of a [was: part of this thread] notation to provide that context as an added step away.

Ah, OK! That, I have seen. I think if you've read the other posts already, it's good, but if you're coming in and are like "that's an interesting reply, what's in this new thread?" it's mostly frustrating, because you want to see the whole conversation vs just catch up on a single line of discussion.

The new folder-first sort is a Finder preference. New with Sierra. Matches how Windows Explorer sorts.

Without any numbers to back it up my feeling also is that there's more social interactions on 10C now than on ADN.

We have mostly overhead LED cans, but we got the 2700K ones that are pretty yellow, so it's very homey. I went through a phase where I liked the daylight bulbs, but now I'm not much of a fan - they just seem too harsh indoors.

I think I've only ever seen the "all in one column" thread presentation in both Nice and Cappuccino. Is there another style in Nice that I never found?

@kdfrawg Hey! Learning experience over here! ;)

That's cool, though. My wife went to an art/design magnet high school and then majored in art history. Did a few lino cuts since we've been together, but mostly enjoys picking out art to decorate our home with over making it herself.

@kdfrawg Normally I leave the design and assets to full-time designers, so doing that myself is new territory for sure.
