@matigo I need to watch more Twilight Zone. I only caught the rare episodes of that, The Outer Limits, and Hitchcock Presents as a lad.
@matigo US Dept of Justice has definitely lowered the bar there.

@JeremyCherfas I could see that being an issue, but the connection from there to the physical medical harms alleged is what I’m missing in the news coverage. Only if lower quality care decisions were made based on the guesses and not revised in light of test results would the prejudgment and poorer care concerns seem valid.
I wouldn’t be surprised if the news coverage and PR quotes are just trash though. Any actual legal filing would hopefully be more coherent.

@nitinkhanna Should we forward the message to five friends who will agree lest we suffer conspiracy videos forever? ;)
@matigo It’s a very pleasant language with some awesome concurrency and extensibility support.
@matigo I too don’t see the connection from guessing BAC while waiting for test results to delivering a lower standard of care. Perplexing.
@nitinkhanna An awesome linter that is way better at coping with word splitting and escaping than I am without its help: https://www.shellcheck.net/
One of the best things is that all its nits link to a page with actual explanation of the rule and when you might want to ignore the advice. So you can actually learn neat tricks as you go. :)
