You’re back! How’s things?

Wow the anecdotes. ?

Thinking on your explanation makes me think “rape-blindness” better captures the issue than “rape culture”: Not seen; if seen, then explained away or recategorized; not expected to be seen and so exploited as such - a blind spot and attendant vulnerability.

That apostrophe though ?

Don’t see why not. Could peek ahead and inline any that lay out at less than a couple inches of screen height.

That was me even after an overnight charge when my phone battery had gone to heck. (The fix there was swapping in a new battery.)

Kids existing make a lot of noise. Any other activities just add to the standard din.

JS profiling seems to have come a long way. Might be worth another look. (Alternatively, Rust + wasm-pack let you ship Rust code to modern browsers.)

Dictation has come a long way. Dragon seems worth it if you can swing it. Way less useful if you do programming rather than human speech, though - I write too much code to get away without a keyboard.

If only two weeks away would cure it. I have fair luck with changing out input devices. I rotate mouse, trackpad, thumb ball. (When it’s typing-related rather than pointer device, though, I’m kinda out of luck.)

Children and pets. Everything is so easy to keep clean and tidy without those.
